About the role:

As a Solutions Consultant, you are a revenue marketing evangelist with technical aptitude that supports Mperativ prospects and customers. At Mperativ, we believe in the next generation of GTM and are looking for Solutions Consultants with deep B2B sales and marketing experience that are excited to drive customer adoption of the Mperativ platform.As part of a customer’s pre-sales journey, you will be responsible for understanding prospect business requirements and identifying and explaining how these requirements map to Mperativ’s technology. You will create tailored demonstrations for prospective customers, as well as lead coordination and completion of successful trials. You will collaborate with Mperativ Customer Success teams after a trial is completed and as customers are on-boarded. You will remain a trusted advisor, and support Mperativ training and education efforts for our customers.We are looking for people who not only have deep technical B2B marketing and sales experience, but also who are passionate about evangelizing revenue marketing with a data-driven, purpose-built platform for marketers. This is a unique opportunity to join Mperativ to help shape and accelerate our GTM growth.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any United States location. Candidates ideally are close to a metropolitan area for networking and occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Demo our purpose-built revenue marketing platform, as a passionate Mperativ advocate. Demo features and functionality with each product release.
  • Create tailored demonstrations of the Mperativ platform to prospective customers
  • Understand prospect business requirements and identify and explain how these requirements map to Mperativ’s technology
  • Lead coordination and completion of all prospect trials, including assessing current state, understanding CRM data models, etc.
  • Build tailored presentations to support pre-sales and post- sales activities
  • Conduct business and technical analyses to coach prospects and customers on data integrity and Mperativ best practices
  • Provide technical support and thought leadership in support of customer training and education at Mperativ
  • Act as a revenue marketing advisor to marketing leaders and other executives - CMOs, VP Marketing, CROs, CFOs, Head of Revenue Operations
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure Mperativ customers are delighted
  • Contribute to building, challenging, and scaling the Mperativ GTM playbook
  • Build Mperativ community across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of solutions consultant or sales engineer experience creating tailored demos for prospects and customers
  • Ability to articulate the technical and functional capabilities of Mperativ to both marketing and sales audiences
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in the sales and marketing tech landscape, including web analytics, marketing automation, marketing attribution, CRM, and revenue operations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success leaders
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Previous experience engaging and supporting Marketing leaders and other GTM executives - CMOs, VP Marketing, CROs, CFOs, Head of Revenue Operations
  • Familiarity with GTM tech landscape - Salesforce, Hubspot, 6sense, Outreach, Gong, Demandbase - and impact to Marketing teams
  • Extensive knowledge of Hubspot and/or Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Proven experience conducting business analyses in Excel or Google Sheets

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location. The total target cash range for this position is between $120,000 and $170,000. Mperativ benefits and perks are described below.

Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
